You're right, it's task number 16 indeed. There Homer queries he wants to do a task with Marge. Lisa tells him we have to wait for the newbies to come along. Then you start 17 when Homer get's mad with the noobs again. And she should unlock after that. Keep me updated please, so I can add it to the FAQ if this is correct? :)
