"Yellow Badge of Cowardge" Update

I'm pretty pleased with the new skin for Lisa (I haven't unlocked it yet, just read about it). "Summer of 4 Foot 2" is a really good episode. It's the one where they go to the Cape Cod-like beach. Lisa episodes can be hit or miss, but that one was good. I'm not sure I get the Macaroni's Shack reference or the Fit Milhouse reference though. Are those from newer episodes? I'm more into the early stuff, so I only have seasons 1-10. I haven't watched much past then, only a few major episodes like Maude's death. Does anyone know the references for those things? I've never heard of them. I really hope we get M0na (aka Muddy Mae Suggins, as her fake ID says :-) ). We need either Marge's or Homer's mom.
