The sub knows when you're too enthusiastic and will then do what it can to disappoint. The key is to loathe the sub and not value it at all. Then it will begin producing tiles, once it knows it can't mess with you.
Hmm hope this true because loathing hasn't worked for me in the past. I loath that rocket and it has yet to bring me a nuke in its entire existence. It is making no effort to get back in my good graces.
