That really rocks. When my hovercopter was missing I had to get onto EA chat twice for a resolution. Sort of ended up being 3+ hours all up with them to resolve it. I also found them very tedious to deal with.
I'll check for that option if I have any future issues. I have a friend who has not got Zutroy either. I may suggest this to her, if it is an Aussie option.
