So I bought mansions in Springfield Heights and it didn't register the Real Estate Value for the mansions. On top of that, the timers on all of my real estate in Springfield Heights are now frozen, as seen below.
They haven't changed in over 30 minutes. I've tried opening and closing the program multiple times and signing in and out of my account to no avail.
Quit your game.
Head to your device Recent Apps screen and remove it from there, or find it in Settings and Force Close / Hard Close it.
Head to your Homescreen and restart it from the app icon, not a Notification.
Head to the Friends Towns section and back.
Check those timers and again after a couple of minutes.
If that doesn't help I'd try an Uninstall and Reinstall seeing as you're playing logged in.
For any future readers, DO NOT do that if you play as Anonymous. You'll lose the link to your game progress, which is stored on EA's servers and linked in the Game Files on your device.
If it's still an issue open your Store and hit the Help button over the top left to start a ticket with EA Help.
On here we can only advise, they can access your game and hopefully sort it. No idea which would be the best Topic option, but try during UK or US business hours and look for an option with Live Chat for the Contact Us.
