I've not heard of this, are you saying if you visit each friend 3 times seperately it generates more cash for you?

- That's exactly right Bella. Basically collect on one house per visit to your friends. Cycle through your entire friends list 3 times and you are on to a winner.........it just takes ages so massive kudos to these guys for doing it and posting results

The level has nothing to do with it. It's the premium items your friends have. So collect from them first (one building / visit). When that's finished, visit the rest (3 buildings/ visit). When I do that I get an average of 310$ / building. A total of 91252$.
