Account seems to be hacked! help

I have a similar problem! Tried logging into my account two days ago and I get a message saying that a level 4 Springfield has been found and is it mines? I have a level 27 Springfield. So i can't get into my Springfield despite logging on and off. My friend sees my town under a different username as well, live348. I contact support last night but I'm waiting to hear back from them. Last time it took them months to resolve an issue. :(
