can someone plase help me contact some one who can help me fix my game

I'm pretty certain you need to contact Apple, not EA. I believe it's because you bought it in the app store. I say this assuming you play on your ipad.

Also, have you googled the problem? Uninstalled/reinstalled?

You might also try help.ea.com It takes some patience but there you'll find a way to contact EA.

I am on android,i believe i had just turned level 31,i have tried all basic troubleshooting,just randomly one night i couldnt connect to my game and kept getting the cannot connnect to server error and have been for the past 2 months,i was finally able to get a case open with ea,but god knows how long that will take,i apoligize for misspells,i am typing on my phone,thank you for the feedback

thank you for all the responses, I finally got ahold of a representative last night, and today I booted up in it loaded up just fine so thank you so much for all your help!
