Can't connect to server on android

Same problem here, my brothers see my town with a different name and I can't connect the game with origin.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled then tried without connecting to origin and the game worked but from the begining.
After that I reconnected origin and came to the bart's page.

I haven't been able to connect since Thursday the 25th!

I have re installed it MANY MANY times, and after i type in my login info it gives me the bart screen EVERYTIME!

I have spent OVER 100 dollars on this game and I can not play it!

Who has the EA phone number? I want to try to call after work today.
