Cant find the billboard that I bought on sale!
did you accidentally tuck it behind a building or put a building or other structure in front of it. use the see-through building features in the build menu to look over your town for the billboard.

When I have trouble finding something I have placed I go to the view that excludes everything else but that kind of item then move around my Springfield taking photos in the most likely areas I might have placed it plus other random ones.
Then I look at the photos which can be expanded a lot more than the app view, color tinted or even shifted to Black and white. I haven't had to use this often but it beats the heck out of nuking your whole Springfield just to find one item.
