Cant finish main quest and 9 characters are in loops?
Maybe try putting those characters' buildings into and back out of storage. It's a lame suggestion, I know, but maybe it'll reset them?!?

- I did that and it just started back then I put away all buildings and did the same thing I hope they fix it soon.
