Connection problem, lead to Level 3 problem, now I have a Level 2 problem!!!

I'm talking about the known issue that people are getting after setting up their account after having the connection issues.
When you start the game it says there is already a level 3 game, is it yours.
I no longer have that problem, no I have the problem where the game says that game progress from my other device did not save and there is a level 2 game available, is it mine. If you say no it starts a brand new game.
I was a level 30+ with progress on the boardwalk, I had just finished the Itchy and Scratchy store.

Did you try to contact ea? If you have a level 30 town, it should be saved on their servers. Did you see the video where Homer blows up the town? If you didn't watch it, your town is probably still there. 2 of my neighbors had the same thing happen to them and I could see their level (28 at the time) and the "new" one. They contacted ea and eventually got it back. If I were you, I'd pm a neighbor and ask which level town(s) do they see and if they can see your level 30, I'd let ea know that in your response. Finally, I would put your name on the list for lost towns (the mods say ea looks at that but I'm not sure. It couldn't hurt.) Hope you get your town back. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
