Endless problems

Problem 1:
My tapped out has deleted itself for the fourth time now.
The other three times, I could fix it by killing the game in
task manager a few times or un- and re-install it.
This time however, it won't work. I log into Origin and
a screen shows up saying:

Your other device didn't save your Springfield. Please
sign into that device before playing.

What other device? I beg of you, tell me, what other
device? I only have one device! I am WAY too scared to
press Play Now because I feel like I'll lose all my progress.

Problem Two:
When I could still play, it kept deleting my snakes.
Not the eggs so that is fantastic news for my friends, but my
snakes kept disappearing. I am not kidding you, I stopped
counting after 250!!!!

Problem nummero three:
When I tried to add friends, it kept showing up with
FAILED TO SEND REQUEST. People could add me, but
I could not add anyone for myself.

I'm not going to bother you with the small stuff such as
freezing up my phone, buildings getting stuck in 4 hours left to build,
trees disappearing, etc, etc, etc.

I just really want to know what's going on with my springfield.
Why release a game which, you know, has endless bugs?


For the record, I have never in my life received such bad, unsatisfying customer service
ANYWHERE as I have done from EA and Origin.

Why have a facebook and twitter page if you just send me back here again?
Why make me wait 2 to 3 days to give me a reply? That is when you actually
bothered to reply at all, btw. And why, when you do reply give me a very unsatisfying
"Go to the following link for support". WHERE DO YOU THINK I GOT YOUR TWITTER
PAGE LINK FROM IN THE FIRST PLACE?! I'm frustrated.
