Game is stuck and cannot progress. Any suggestions?

I will store certain buildings and then place them back to activate burns and see if that will trigger the hospital to unlock.

Tried selling and rebuilding the clinic and the cooling towers to reactivate the doctor and Mr. Burns respectively, but no help - cannot unlock hospital or Burns Mansion.

Anyone know what to do?

To both of you having issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Are all of you non-premium characters free?
