Help, stonecutters killed my game

mine did same thing after placing treasure chest with 6500 emblems. I can get to login screen but if I try to login, the game closes. I can logout and login to my other game no problem. if I try to visit my main game, app closes. also closes my wife's iPhone and kindle app if she tries to visit my game. it has been 48 hours since I've been able to play my main Springfield.

    glad you got it up and running.

    mine still not working. I've reloaded app and checked for updates. searched forum for tips and even did the game not working survey on origin support. I'm not expecting any help there, since the questionnaire wasn't up to date with current iOS version. I can log into my other Springfield and play, but still no luck with my main game.

    I still can't play. if anyone has any ideas, let me know. I can play my feeder game, but not my main. my wife has tried to load it on her devices to no avail. it will get to the login page, click to continue, then exits to iPhone homescreen. same if I, or anyone, tries to visit. it exits game.

    Sounds obvious, but did you kill off all running apps before restarting TSTO ? (Double tap Home button, slide away each running app?) I think turning the device off (hold off button, swipe to turn off) then starting device (hitting Home) will try to restart all the apps you had running when you turned the device off.

    thanks, but there's something wrong with that town (wilber72). I can log into other town. crashes if I try to load or visit Wilber72.
