how to reset Simpsons Tapped Out Town

i just started playing Tapped out for android yesterday, my roommate was playing with my phone last night and did something with my city and got over 1 million cash and over 100000 donuts, and bought almost all the city expansions. and i was wondering if there is a way to reset the city to a new game?
