I lost my progress

Hi mate,

Sorry to here about that. Same happened to me with me level 30+ over a month ago and I am still waiting for it to be fixed.
You need to go on to the help section and go through the motions to start with.
I know you don’t want to here this but if I was you I would just start again considering the time EA takes to fix it .
I started a secondary town last week to past the time why I wait for my town to come back and I am on level 14 already, it’s a lot quicker second time around as you already done one and know what to do for quick cash ect
