I've stuck! Cannot tap anything once connected to springfield.. A bug??

I reached to the maximum level so instead of leveling up,
Springfield proposed doughnuts (we sould choose one present among 3 choices).

But at the same time, springfield wants to me expand the port
as it was a tutorial mode after the update for beach..

An arrow shows the button for expand (at the rightside of bottom)
And it want me to tap on it
But i cannot do anything because it want me to choose present at the same time.

Im really stuck in here and i cannot tap on anything. Nothing happens even i tap
Plz help! What should i do?
