You get kang free if you didnt purchase last year but you have to pay for kodos

If you paid for kang last year you get kodos free this year

Well that's interesting. I got the Victorian spaceship yesterday and Kang came with it, but I only got the Ultrahouse 2 this morning and haven't started the tasks associated with it. Kang's quest line autotroggered for me as soon as he was on the map.

Once homer has done the task in the ultrahouse you will be offered the chance to buy the raygun and shoot down kodos

You have to buy the ray gun for 150 donuts to shoot him down or if you bought kang last year there will be a ray gun in your inventory
