Leveled up and lost 100 donuts

i lose donuts ALL the time from accidentally tapping the 'speed up' option.

But your situation sounds tough :( I'm hoping a moderator or someone from EA reads this and offers to find out what happened. Good luck!

    For losing donuts during collection from houses: click the option to warn you before you spend donuts

    For loosing 100 when you level up- contact EA via email (ea help center) they will send you an email with in 24-48 hrs and will give you a case number and everything. They have helped me in the past with the dreaded harp crash sound.
