Looking for great neighbours

Hi!

I've been playing daily since the launch on Android in February. I have a few premium items and characters and take good care of my town. Trying to perfect it and be creative. However, I need more inspiration and 50% of my neighbours are house farmers/not actively playing/using cracked game with thousands worth of prmium items.

I want neighbours that try their best to make a gorgeous Springfield.

Got a cracked game? Don't bother.
Farming houses? Don't bother.
