- Seems like a technical complication that involves real money.
The real question is if you willing to purse the company for, what, $10.
Email iTunes app store and if they can't help no one can.
I had to restart my entire game and my donuts did not add up.
After I enquired Apple did their research and payed me out.
I lost my town. Got all my money back and restarted after the thanksgiving.
Not saying restart but if it's a legit gripe go thru Apple.
If ur not on iPhone I can't help, sorry. - Well, I'm not on iPhone... =) Anyway, I have contacted EA about this and another matter (which possibly could be a bit serious), so I await an answer. I'll see what they say first. Anyway, a single apple tree missing, isn't the worst thing that can happen.
