Missing Buildings

Question

This happened to me, when you logged in did it tell you that your game did not save from your other device? I got that message on both devices I played on, which leads me to believe that someone got into my town and maliciously deleted buildings.
It took a good month or so but EA was very helpful and returned all my missing content.

I would send a ticket to EA through the Origin site. Good luck!

This has happened to me. Go to the "Solutions to Common Issues" thread in the "Bugs & Issues" section of this forum. Read the whole thing. If you end up deleting your data or going as far as reinstalling the game, you may want to check your in-game settings. I have lost more than a few donuts, because the default setting to confirm spending donuts is off.

They gave me the option of reverting my town to an earlier save, but since I had been playing for weeks, I didn't want to give up everything I did get in the mean time, so I chose for them to just put all the missing content into my storage for me.
