Missing Santa coins

Apologies if this has been asked a million times but are others finding their Santa coins are disappearing randomly? Last night I had 299 en today started collecting and looked and had only 283 after collecting about half of what I could get. Are others finding that when the logging in issues are fixed that the missing coins return?
