Mr. Sparkle disappeared. Is there any hope?

I did put in a ticket with support, so I'll post back here when I find out the result.

Well, it hasn't been great so far. It took me two days to get some help because first they closed my help request ticket without ever answering. I reopened it and someone sent me this mysterious sentence and then closed my case again: "I would advise you to start taking items out of the inventory you will find it right there."

I don't understand. It's not right there. I've been searching for days. I asked my ticket to be reopened and for someone to send more words. I hope they will help.

If available, use either the chat or call options for EA help. Relying on EA’s e-mail support is a supreme exercise in frustration.

Don't mean to be a repeater, but are you sure you checked your entire uncategorized inventory. That is the screen of items that is there when you open the box. Characters will be all the way at the end. Others recently have lost items and found them there.

Also with the latest patch mr.s is in the character section too now
