My city has changed!!

I updated yesturday and was sent back to level 9 I'm level 37. I had to send a lot fo info to EA they are looking into it. I reloaded my game on both my IPhone and IPad but as soon as I update I go back to level 9. So I didn't update and at least I can play, but am stuck at Christmas. Hopefully they get tis fixed quickly.
