my game has reset! please help!

I just came home after a vacation to the states and was only able to log into my game once due to Internet connections where I was. when I came back yesterday and there was am update for my iPhone which I did. this morning the update was completed I went to log into my tapped out and it was back to square one. I logged out then back in but its still gone . I need help to get my game back!!! I was on level 23!!!
well most likely the server lost the save file. So suggesting that they have lost it and won't be able to recover it in time and cost effect manor, that you instead rebuild.!
