New to the forum. Little Avatar Help Please.

From what I've heard, you have to post a lot around the 22nd of each month, because this is when people are 'promoted' and are able to use avatars. The people who are promoted are people who post a lot, especially around that time.

Don't worry, I didn't get it at first either! I've heard of waiting for a certain number of posts before getting avatar privileges, but never it being based on luck and timing.

You'll get a private message from "system" titled "you've been promoted." Or something along that.
