No more stonecutter bonus?

I'm assuming the premium bonus (it's not a big of an increased compared to other premium skins) only come from those bought with donuts?

Edit: I guess this is a recent change. And people have noticed because I found a few threads on it. No thoughts :D

    If everyone remembers, the event ended July 2nd which sucks, I was so close to getting the next prize. I wish they had made it so that when you gave the stonecutter characters tasks, you got a certain number of emblems as a reward, like they did for Thanksgiving, Halloween, and Easter. Maybe they only did that because those were holidays.
