Origin or EA please communicate with your customers

  • Absolutely agree - I was only on Facebook checking status for App which was fixed apparently - the Origin login button has been missing now for hours and nothing happening. If you read the fb comments and check here - it would be best to respect your loyal customers and just keep them informed. I hate to think of all the $ spent on donuts and to be honest that's the reason most of us are hanging on - we've invested time and money and would hate to lose it all.
    Please be so respectful and post status updates so we know when to check back in

  • I agree too.....they say that it is fixed well its NOT! Why are they saying that and not responding to all their customers. Ive been playing this game about a month and this is like the forth or fifth time something goes wrong. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled. Im about to be over it. I have spent money and everything but i will not if this is how they treat us!

    Thanks, I know there's been problems most the day today, it is now crashing before loading for me as well
