It appears that the game you have to try to login with your user name and password is corrupted on the EA servers.
This has happened to quite a lot people where they have successfully had a login but game crashes immediately.
Try deleting the game and reinstall it then try to create a completely new ID, with different user name and password.
There is another possibility is that one or more friends you have added previously is making your game crash as soon as you start.
Try to see if you can login on the origin website at origin.com
If you can, then you can delete friends from there, delete them all (you can add one by one later)
You can find your friends list when you download the Orgin client to a PC (Mac download is not until next year, only windows PC at the moment) once you download the Orgin client from Orgin.com you can then see the of friends.
