Princess and the pea-brain quest.

Thanks for the suggestion but already tried that. Tried placing more in various sites,  storing and replacing and buying new. Have rebooted tablet and reinstalled STO app. Shows 'done' for the build wheel section but still showing 0/2 for the place balloons!?    :?  :x  :(

Seems there's a bug with placing the balloons sometimes. There is another thread about it here: http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/10136464.page
