Hey, welcome to the forum! You need to get promoted first to be able to upload an avatar, the promotion date is around the 21st of each month, just keep posting around that date and you should get promoted :wink:

- When you do get promoted, I hope you have better luck than I did through Photobucket. I found a couple of pictures I liked, but as soon as I resized them, they just didn't wanna cooperate. I had to find a 150x150 elsewhere. Worked out well for me though, as I love my avatar. Good luck and keep postin'! :thumbup:
- the promotion email goes out on the 22nd of every month. post often especially on the 20th and 21th
