reset to level 1 after buying off gill

A copy and paste from another thread that another android user found worked for them. Let me know if you've tried this:

I had a play with some stuff to try to get this back working and i succeeded!

1. Logged out of origin
2. Uninstalled TSTO
3. Rebooted phone
4. Cleared memory

This is done by pressing and holding the 'home' button on your phone and tapping task manager (the pie chart if you dnt have words)

Then tap RAM

Then tap Clear Memory. (I did this 3-4 times)

this does not clear your data, contacts, messages etc just your cache.

Re-installed TSTO
On opening TSTO all updates downloaded again (65 total - 87.3MB)

On login i got this message
'Your other device didnt save your springfield. please sign into tht device before playing'

I tapped
'Play now'

I got this mssae
'Some progress made on your other device may be lost'

I tapped
'Continue'

Game logged in springfield complete with no losses, all my snakes charectors buildings etc all in tact!
