Sanctus Arx Nerdarium
It must be a quest that requires one of the Nerds. Try Lisa, Martin, Frink or Comic Book Guy to see if they have it in their task list.

I just used the Search button in the forum. I believe "Sanctus Arx Nerdarium" simply means you should build the Springfield Library. If you go to the lower left side of your screen and toggle "task book open", you should see something there that tells you what to do. But how?? I have the op too, but I can't complete it
Click the lower right of your screen, on the Hammer and Saw image. Then click on the Building image. Then scroll through the buildings to find the Springfield Library. Search the forum for more info. You need enough money to buy the Library and you need to finish a quest beforehand.
