Simpsons tapped out gone

I had my game freeze my phone so I took the battery out to reboot the system and went to sign back on and the game kept trying restarting a new Springfield. I eventually uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. When it reinstalled it said I didn’t save it on my other device and I should do so, so that I don’t loose progress. I don’t have another device so I proceeded anyway and I didn’t loose anything noticeable. I don’t know if this helps but it’s worth a try.
