Still cant complete task from the dr hibbert update!!!!!!!! This is *!!!!!

I have been stuck well over 2 months EA needs to fix this problem now!!! I have sent complaints about my problem and posted many times on here to help fix this retarted problem. My game was in the middle of the dr hibbert and the general hospital the part where dr hibbert brockman and krusty go to the guilded truffle and I completed the task. The next task it where krusty promotes himself and it never did that. It went random and has been stuck ever since. I need a way to fix this problem I have spent to much time and money on this damn game. Either I want my money that I spend on this damn game back or fix the problem. I am tried of waiting and being pushed off to the side like this problem doesn't exist. Fix it and fix it fast.
