Stonecutter Quimby

What should i do? It doesn't exist in the inventory box. I have tried to put the town hall in the inventory box and then replace it, doesn't work either. I also have re-installed the game, but didn't work either.

Does anyone have any idea? Please help me!

Edit: right click on the ? if the pictures doesn't come up, and then open in new tab!

    How do i reset my game? But if i do, doesn't i have to do everything one more time then? I mean getting all the buildings and so?

    Thanks for you're help guys, unfortunately it didn't work out.

    But i contacted EA and they fixed my problem! :)
