Sychronizing Help!

I know a lot of questions have been asked and answered on this topic but I have one that's probably dumb? I have a old cheap Tracfone really it's a good phone just been used a lot. Which bring's me to my question. I have been looking at and going to buy a tablet,but I think I know how to synchronize between them. But since the battery is about to die "completely" on my phone!?Once I synchronize my phone to the tablet will I have to do that every time or can I just go ahead and keep playing on the tablet for good. Any help would be GREAT!!!!!!!

    When you get your new tablet just install the game and you sign in from the loading screen with your email. Good to go.

    Thank's for answering my question so quick. With not knowing how long I could keep synchronizing them before the phone would just DIE. I was wondering with that. Since I would just be using the tablet why could not just use my EA origin? Thank's Again.
