Tapped Out lvl 23 Crashing

It would seem when you level up or get a new character the game tries to contact the server, as they are down this cant complete so the game crashes and ales you back just before. My advice is just to wait until they are back online before trying to level up again as there may be some problems caused because of it. It should be fixed in the next couple of days though. Hope this helps
