Tapped Out on Android Samsung Galaxy- Can't make in-app purchases

As the subject header says, I can't make in-app purchases using the Google Wallet. I'm able to successfully make purchases in other games I have, but every time I try to in Tapped Out it says that it can't verify some of the details. Anyone else have this problem?
