Check your storage. It's probably there and you need to retrieve it.
No, he's wearing it now. But he only has one task. Wiggum is supposed to start the quest, but he hasn't.- is wiggum free? he starts the quest

Yes, I had them both free. Nothing happened.- I believe that quest was part of the Tapball event and probably you can't get it anymore. Besides the comic part of it, you really arent missing much. There is really nothing else to unlock. I believe once you have the skin, all the tasks with different duration should have been unlocked as well.

That's my point. They WEREN'T unlocked. All my Ballet Ralph can do is the 24 hour task, which makes him completely useless. I was looking forward to him having a 4 hour task!
EDIT: I guess I'll have to contact EA and see if they can help. :-(- Before you contact EA maybe try storing both Wiggums, soft restting your game, and then placing both the Wiggums back. Also, do the 'grey'd out" tasks require a building or something?
I can't remember if his questline paid out event currency or not. If a questline produces event currency than it can't be done when the event is over. If it doesn't produce event currency should be able to be done indefinitely. I just finished questlines for the Superhero event because I had Hank Scorpio in storage due to land restrictions. direwolf987 wrote:

Thanks, Direwolf. I'll try what you suggested. I assume by "soft resetting" you don't mean deleting the app, just force closing it and then restarting, right? Or I could force close it, shut down my iPad and restart it and then open the app. I'll probably try that.
There aren't any "grey'd out" tasks; it only lists one task in the list.
BTW, I originally got TWO Ballet Ralph skins, for some reason, but now I only have one. :?:
Oh, and I don't *think* that his questline paid out in event currency--at least, I don't remember it doing so in my main town, where he completed the quest successfully.- I was able to finish all the ralph tasks in my feeders after tap ball ended, but I did them all when SH hit. Maybe it's another wonderful "feature" of Monorail?

Could be. I can tell you that I tried Direwolf's suggestion and it didn't work. :(
