Trouble with my avitar
Have you received a PM saying you've been promoted? You need to be promoted before you can use an avatar. Post often around the 20th-21st of the month and you should get that promotion.

What is it based on? - they just randomly choose people.. the more you post around the 19th, 20th the better chance you have at being picked.. some people get picked right away, others have been in the forums for a long time and still havent been promoted.
