Twist on hideaway bonus return

I only bought 3 of the hideaways...the bonus seems to have returned. Should I by the last 2? Has anyone bought a hideaway after EA returned the bonus? Do new hideaways have the same 20% bonus? Are we expecting the bonus will stay? Answer all the questions, one of the questions or just add me. Lol I'm lvl 939, played multiple times a day for years. :)
