Unable to build

1. Make sure the previous quests are complete. Bart's teacher (can't spell her name) has a LONG list of tasks to do. So you can't trigger Channel 6 until those are wrapped up. They are the quests that have the ! and text dialogue.

2. To make sure these quests appear, oftentimes you need 2 characters not doing any tasks, so if you are progressing through the game, make sure to clear all characters of their tasks about the same time each login and you shouldn't have a problem.

    Channel 6 shows up after olive branch 4 where she teaches 8 hours. Tuck mayor in storage and bring him out to prompt building of it if you are past that.

    Note particularly the long sequence of quests following construction of the Krabapel apartments. If you're stuck on a quest, it's likely one of these. If your memory is good enough, pinpoint the stuck quest and try and unstick it by storing and then restoring the building associated with the relevant character/quest. In the case of Bart, this would be the treehouse; Edna, the apartments; and Milhouse, his house. (If you're stuck on a Lisa quest, you may be out of luck, since you can't store the Simpson house.)
