Update is soon or impending doom

Question

My Springfield is gone. It was fine this afternoon, but when I logged in tonight, it was reset back to Level 1. I can't get my Level 20 Springfield to come back no matter how many times a log in or out...or reload the app.

10/29/2012 18:19:"5 out of my 100 friends have been reset back to level one."Same here trailstrials, 6 in total on my end. I think EA know there losing customers left, right and Centre so they're smoothing those who've not lost their games yet with free donuts.  It's not good enough.
