Updated and now it loads, freezes returns to home screen

hi,
My game no longer works it loads fine up untill the point where i can play then as soon as the screen loads it freezez and returns me back to the home screen .. i have tried uninstalling and re-installing deleting data. still no avail

however the game loads when i start a new game just not when i log into origin


my friend told me he left 300+ eggs for me could this be the problem?
