What is the fortress of choclitude?

On the show it was on a cartoon Bart watched called ”The Mattel and Mars Bar Quick Energy Chocobot Hour". The building servered as the base for the Chocobots. So yes, it is a type of superhero hideout as you suggested.

    I wouldn't waste $10,000,000 or land space buying it since it doesn't pay out, nor do you need it to complete a quest. If you want to increase your Consumerism Rating buy buildings that pay out in money and XP.

    True, but if you have 10 million burning a hole in your pocket it does have an awesome animation when you tap on it. :)

    It's an aspirational, and unfortunately, none of those pay out. I'll get it when I can, though, as chocolate is a reason to live. :) And I want to get all the aspirationals. Just a few more, and a lot of saving cash.
