What time do events end?
I'd like to know it as well, valentine's event end on 12:00 am of the 28th or the end of the day, that is 12:00 of march the 1st?

No one really knows for certain. EA tends to be mum on the exact timing of these sorts of events. Someone in the General Discussion forum (sorry, forget who it was) noted that the end of the Christmas update occurred around 1600 PST, if that helps. On the other hand, a recent thread has offered some evidence that the current event may be extended (certainly not that unusual with this game).
