where to get help, never had access to limited edition items like...

Clausco was on the Christmas wheel - if you got every prize except the snowman clausco would be in your inventory. Singing sirloin is a friend point prize - update your game if you haven't and start visiting friends. The buffet was limited time valentines day building which costed donuts - you had to scroll through the valentines items to find it. The last two were limited time - you'll have to wait and see if they come up again
